You know that scene in the Devil Wears Prada with the newspaper editor - he talks about getting a reference for Andy from Miranda Presley herself...the part where he says "and if I don't hire you, I am an idiot. Yeah, well, anyone who passed over on Alice and didn't hire her for their role... BIG MISTAKE! HUGE!

Alice is a ROCKSTAR! I am not exaggerating this. I have the pleasure of knowing Alice as a XFN partner for a year and most recently a person on my team for the past 6 months. Any time you encounter Alice, her smile is contageous! Alice is thoughtful, compassionate, and a teammate that everyone should have. In relation to her abilites - she is TOP NOTCH! The way she dissects a project, critically thinks through steps and stages - how something will be impactful, resonate, draw and keep attention - WOW! Alice is not afraid to embrace any challenge you put in front of her. If she doesn't have the initial knowledge, she goes out and finds it. Recently she has a daunting task of creating the booth design for our global McDonald's event. THIS WAS PERFECTION! And the way she attacks new methods of design - look out! Her vision, her voice, her attention to detail - how she conducted herself in meetings, her integrity with client vision...I could go on and on.
